This winter, National Geographic Channel are airing a six-part semi fictional series Mars, with their first episode set for Monday, 14th November. The programme is set on a hypothetical 2033 mission to Mars. Nick Cave and Warren Ellis, who worked on a soundtrack for the film Hell Or High Water have also collaborated on a soundtrack, ‘Mars Theme’ to accompany this new series. Warren Ellis is a long time collaborator with Nick Cave, also playing in The Bad Seeds and Grinderman. The track also features vocals from Nick Cave himself.
