Next month, Anna von Hausswolff will head out on tour across Europe supporting Swans, and the shows will see her draw mostly on material from her The Miraculous album, released late last year. One of that album’s highlights was ‘Come Wander With Me / Deliverance’ and it now has a video, which you can check out above.
The video itself is directed by Anna’s sister, Maria von Hausswolff, with the track’s first half entirely set in the forest, amongst lush, yet somewhat, before plunging the viewer into water as the track fully lets rip.
Her latest album is out now and saw her experiment with the Acusticum Pipe Organ in Piteå, Northern Sweden, while also drawing heavily on Swedish folklore and tales. You can check out a list of her upcoming UK shows in support of Swans below.
