The team at fabric have published a transparency statement detailing where the funds from the ongoing campaign to save the club will go.
At the time of writing, the donation campaign to help the club in the appeal against the revoking of its license has raised £161,000, and you can donate here.
One vital use for the funds is to ensure that the owners can maintain the building while it lies in hibernation since its usual means of making money has been taken away. "Although fabric is a successful business with financial provisions to cope with extenuating circumstances, these simply may not be sufficient to pay for an extensive legal battle and also to keep the club alive until a court hearing," the statement says.
"In these circumstances it will be necessary to utilise the fundraising to support the continued hibernation of the club.
"To clarify we will set out on a bi-weekly basis a schedule of receipts and payments."
