Independent Label Market Returns

13th London edition to be held later this month

The Independent Label Market celebrates its fifth anniversary later this month at the Old Spitalfields Market for its annual summer event, support by the Association of Independent Music (AIM).

Since beginning in 2011, the ILM has hosted events with over 250 of the world’s best independent record labels in New York, Los Angeles, Canada, Germany and the UK. Making their ILM debut this year will be Sub Pop, Mexican Summer, Slowfoot and Revolver, who will have stalls alongside returning labels such as XL Recordings, Ninja Tune, One Little Indian, Fortuna Pop!, Hyperdub, Erased Tapes, Phantasy and many more. A number of exclusives, vinyl rarities and test pressings will be on offer from the traders.

Joining the ILM again will be the London Brewers’ Market, presenting a selection of local London craft beers to sample from the breweries themselves. The Independent Label Market will be held at the Old Spitalfields Market in London on July 23. To see a full list of record labels attending, click here.
