Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age and Led Zeppelin Members Recording Together

Dave Grohl, Josh Homme and John Paul Jones collaborating

Foo Fighters frontman and ex-Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl has assembled the ultimate rock ‘n’ roll supergroup with Queens of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme and legendary Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones.

Details about the project were linked by Homme’s wife Brody Dalle, who fronts The Spinnerette’s, when she revealed: "I’m not at liberty to talk about it, but I think the project sounds amazing. Just beats and sounds like you’ve never heard before."

Rumours surrounding the collaboration began in 2005, when Grohl told Mojo magazine: ""The next project that I’m trying to initiate involves me on drums, Josh Homme on guitar, and John Paul Jones playing bass. That’s the next album. That wouldn’t suck."
