With our very own John Doran having appeared alongside Stuart Maconie to discuss the music of Coil on last weekend’s edition of Freakier Zone on BBC 6 Music, this Sunday (November 22) sees Sunn 0)))’s Stephen O’Malley take over sister show Freak Zone as guest host.
Stephen will be offering up a world exclusive play of a track from the band’s forthcoming album, Kannon, their first solo album since 2009’s Monoliths & Dimensions – you can find out more details on the new album here. He will also be selecting music from a ton of great acts who will be joining Sunn 0))) at Le Guess Who? in Utrecht over the weekend as part of a bill curated by the band under the banner of ‘Sunn 0))) Presents’.
