Bing & Ruth Next Up On RVNG INTL

Ensemble's debut album to see reissue on the Brooklyn label

One of the standout releases from the RVNG INTL label last year came in the form of Bing & Ruth’s Tomorrow Was The Golden Age, an album full of perfect wintry accompaniments, but before that album was City Lake. Check out ‘Rails’ from the album above.

Initially pressed in a run of very limited copies give years ago, the albumis now being reissued for wider release remastered and featuring bonus tracks. The ensemble working on this album was made up of 11 members playing across clarinet, cello, bass guitar, lap-steel guitar, percussion and piano, all under the watchful eye of leader David Moore. City Lake will be reissued by RVNG INTL on November 13 in LP, CD and digital formats. Bing & Ruth play London’s Royal Albert Hall on December 8. You can get tickets here.
