With Liverpool Psych Fest fast approaching, the festival’s label, PZYK, has announced details of PZYK Vol. 1, a triple vinyl collection taking in music from performers at the festival past and present. Above, you can check out Jane Weaver’s contribution to the release with ‘Argent (Europium Aluminate Version)’ which sees Finders Keepers’ Andy Votel re-edit Weaver’s original.
The compilation features exclusive tracks, remixes, rarities and album cuts, all collected together as a celebration of the festival’s line-ups and the music that they represent. All the artists featured on the release, which comes in the form of a deluxe triple vinyl, have played Liverpool Psych Fest before or will be playing this year. Among those featured, alongside Jane Weaver, are Blanck Mass, Goat, Clinic, Gnod and many more. PZYK Vol. 1 is presented in partnership with Piccadilly Records and Republic Of Music and can be pre-ordered here. Liverpool Psych Fest takes place at multiple venues in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle from September 25-26. For the full line-up, more information and to get tickets, head here.
