LISTEN: New Leafcutter John Mix

As Polar Bear prepare to tour the UK this month, Leafcutter John has shared an exclusive mix, via tQ; listen to it below

Polar Bear embark on a UK tour tomorrow (April 8) kicking off with a show at London’s Village Underground, before moving on to the likes of Brighton, Manchester, Leeds and Bristol, among other towns and cities, in support of recent album Same As You. Ahead of the tour, the band’s Leafcutter John has put together an exclusive mix for tQ which is available for you to check out above.

John will release his own album, entitled Resurrection, next month. "I’m incredibly happy about this record," says John of the forthcoming album. "It fuses electronic, acoustic, and vocal elements into five long-form tracks". You can pre-order the album here and listen to the title track below.

The mix itself blends music from John, The Books and James Holden, among others, over its 45-or-so-minute runtime, and you can check the full tracklist below, as well as Polar Bear’s full run of upcoming UK tour dates this month. You can find all the ticket links you need for those shows here. Leafcutter John will also support on all dates.
