NEXT WEEK: London Short Film Fest Event

A live set from Luke Abbott, These New Puritans' EXPANDED film and more at the Oval Space in London

Next Tuesday, September 9, the London Short Film Festival and Domino Publishing will be hosting an excellent post-summer celebration to mark the beginning of the run-up to their 15th edition next January. Taking place at the Oval Space, it’ll see Luke Abbott, Wysing Forest Arts Centre musician-in-residence and tQ Minor Characters artist, performing a live set, alongside Laura Groves and Boxed In, a new project from Steve Mason collaborator Oli Bayston. There’ll also be projections from Emmalouise Smith and DJ sets from LSFF.

Excitingly, as part of a short film programme curated by Abbott, Groves and These New Puritans, the event will also host the premiere of the latter’s new concert film, EXPANDED. Head over to LSFF’s Facebook for further details, while tickets are here.
