With his second solo album, the Johan Huizinga-inspired Playland slated for release on October 6 via Warners, Johnny Marr has unveiled its first single, ‘Easy Money’ – watch the video below. According to Pitchfork, Marr says that David Barnes’ video is "a ‘high times in low rent England’ kind of thing", while the song itself "is more of a ‘low times in high rent England’ kind of thing". After the album’s out, Marr will be back on the road for a full UK tour, the details of which are over at his website.
