It has been almost a year since electronic and noise obsessive Michael Hann, also known as Rejections, debuted the trailer for his highly anticipated Endless Receivers release on Reject and Fade, his own label. The second Endless Receivers trailer has today surfaced, and you can watch it above. The Jamie/KHOM-directed video is constructed with incisive noir imagery, which transforms from hieroglyphic to kaleidoscopic in its four-minute lifespan.
Though he spearheads one of the UK’s darkest labels, hosts his own Basic.fm show, and dabbles with Jehu and Chinaman, we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg with Hann, who has plenty more on the horizon: label Unknown Precept will be releasing new tracks soon of his, whilst the Teesider’s pseudonym Marreck is on the cusp of a freshmen effort on Gnod’s Tesla Tape label. His first piece of action, however, is a brand new collection and zine from Berlin artist rkss which will be out via Reject and Fade shortly.
Endless Receivers is expected for release in late-Autumn 2014.
