LISTEN: Stream That Fucking Tank’s New LP

This year, Leeds/Bradford noise duo That Fucking Tank turn ten years old, and to mark that anniversary, today they’re releasing a new album, A Document Of The Last Set. The record’s a collection of some choice cuts from their output over their decade of existence, re-recorded by Hookworms’ MJ at Suburban Home Studios in Leeds and given only minimal retouches to best capture the sound of TFT’s live show.

It’s a 40-minute swarm of gnarled guitars, at times frothing at the mouth, others pivotting on funk-indebted riffs, drums trading on propulsive, mesmeric repetition and some none-finer titles (‘Bruce Springstonehenge’, ‘Keanu Reef’, you take your pick).
