Rumours of a follow up to Goodie Mob’s 1999 album World Party have been swirling around since 2006, but this year CeeLo Green, Big Gipp, Khujo and T-Mo are finally back for certain with ‘Special Education’, the first single from their upcoming album Age Against the Machine surfacing earlier this year.
There’s now an accompanying video in which the Atlanta rap group are joined by Janelle Monae as they head back to school, rapping bars about individuality over a glitchy instrumental in the increasingly popular music video format of acquiring doppelgänger child actors to lip sync their parts.
