Throwing Up Announce Debut Album

Over You set for release in early July via O Genesis

Punk band Throwing Up are set to release their debut LP, Over You, on Tim Burgess’ O Genesis label on July 8.

The group are made up of vocalists Camille Bennett and Clare James Clare, formerly of all-girl rock four-piece Headless, and drummer Andrew Moran. Formed in 2010, they soon built a reputation for energetic and frantic live shows that coupled their driving rhythms and shredding guitars with irreverent vocal delivery.

Built on stripped-down punk with catchy hooks and minimal instrumentation, Tim Burgess has described their music as being from “anywhere, anytime in the last 30, or even the next 10 years”.
