Hot Chip will be releasing a one-off single, ‘Dark & Stormy’, on July 22 via Domino – have a listen above.
The track was recorded with This Heat drummer Charles Hayward, who also plays with Hot Chip frontman Alexis Taylor in About Group, and gets backed with a new version of ‘Look At Where We Are’, originally taken from last year’s In Our Heads album, which features Maher Shalal Hash Baz (interestingly picked out by The Pastels’ Stephen McRobbie for his Baker’s Dozen, posted yesterday).
It’ll be available on 10" vinyl and download, and gets released two days before Hot Chip play their July 20 set at Latitude, their sole UK appearance this year.
