Next Monday, April 29, singer-songwriter and long-term Nick Cave associate Mick Harvey releases his new album FOUR (Acts of Love) via Mute. His sixth solo album, it features a mixture of his original material alongside his interpretation of others’ songs split into three acts, and notably includes a cover of an unreleased PJ Harvey track, ‘Glorious’. Next weekend, Harvey’s playing a set of interpretations of Serge Gainsbourg songs at the Yeah Yeah Yeahs-curated ATP I’ll Be Your Mirror one-dayer at Alexandra Palace on May 4, and following it the day after with an album launch at The Lexington in London, before setting off for a month-long European tour (see below).
