The organisers of the In The Woods Festival have announced that the event will be returning this year, taking place again in a secret forest location in Kent for just 1000 lucky attendees from August 31-September 1.
However, for the eighth edition, the festival won’t be announcing its line-up, so punters will have to take a punt on what to expect (though we can reassure that previous years have seen the likes of Stealing Sheep, The Invisible and Micachu And The Shapes gracing its leafy environs).
While you can stay tuned to the full array of online portals — website, Facebook and Twitter — they won’t be giving much away… unlike us, who have myriad prizes up for grabs. We’ve got a pair of tickets to this year’s festival, as well as a couple of last year’s t-shirts and posters and a special, undisclosed prize. Additionally, any budding arborist winners — in keeping with the name — will be able to name a tree. The enough for you, eh?
To be in with a chance of winning, just e-mail your answer to the following question to comps@thequietus.com, with WOODS in the subject line, by midday Friday May 3. It’s open to UK residents only, and to read the Quietus Competition terms & conditions, click here.
