Yep, there can be no other reason for his louche yet sensitive soul to be stirred than the fact we’re playing the ace new tune by former Devastations men Conrad Standish and Tom Carlyon. ‘Nono/Yoyo’ – we’re hearing Gayngs, pop Scritti, say and a hint of yacht and some pubic lute – is a killer piece of the sort of smooth we just love round here at tQHQ.
