Pulp have announced that ‘After You’ – a new song recorded in late 2012 and produced by James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem fame – will be made available on iTunes as of this coming Monday 28th January.

The song, which has a definite hint of the band’s early-to-mid 90s output rather than their later recorded material, was originally given away as a Christmas day present at the end of the year to fans who had been to see Jarvis Cocker and co playing in Sheffield earlier that month. It’s been floating around on YouTube in the time period since, but the decision to release it officially has been taken due to – unsurprisingly enough – "considerable interest" from fans.
