Thrill Jockey record label are celebrating twenty years in the music business with an anniversary bash at The Lexington in London on November 9.
The event will showcase some of the finest of the label’s current roster: Headlined by Baltimore psych-rockers Arbouretum, it will also feature performances from Austrian experimental electronic trio Radian, Quietus favourite Alexander Tucker and Kandodo, the solo project of Simon Price of The Heads.

Since being set up by Bettina Richards in Chicago in 1992, Thrill Jockey has been home to an impressive list of artists, including Tortoise, The Sea and the Cake, Liturgy, David Byrne, Wooden Shijps among others. The label’s already hosted celebrations in New York and Baltimore, and more events are set to take place in LA, Chicago, Portland and San Francisco.
