The Quietus had a <a href-"http://www.thequietus.com/articles/the-quietus-goes-down-to-dorset-end-of-the-road-festival-reviewed" target="out">rare old time down at End of the Road last weekend, and are consequently pleased to be able to advise you that tickets for the 2009 bash are already on sale. This year’s sold out for the first time, visit the End of the Road website to get them at a special discount price.
Meanwhile, the Festival organisers haven’t been resting on their laurels and eating all the left-over pies, oh no. Tonight End of the Road, in association with The Local present a top show at the Hoxton Bar & Kitchen in London town. Californian’s Woodpigeon (who release records on the End of the Road label) will be playing at the gig (listen to Woodpigeon here), along with Babel and Beth Jeans Houghton. Tickets a very reasonable eight quid.
