Unreleased Bowie Recordings To Be Collected On EPs

The EP includes a version of 'The Man Who Sold the World' that Bowie recorded with Gail Ann Dorsey, Reeves Gabrels and Mark Plati in 1996

With tomorrow (January 10) marking four years since his death, two new David Bowie releases, made up of rare and previously unreleased recordings, have been announced by Parlophone.

The first of them is a six-track EP titled DAVID BOWIE IS IT ANY WONDER? which will be released over the course of the next six weeks. The first track to be unveiled from the EP, which you can hear above, is a recording of ‘The Man Who Sold the World’ that Bowie performed with Gail Ann Dorsey, Reeves Gabrels and Mark Plati in November 1996.

The second of the forthcoming releases is CHANGESNOWBOWIE. The 1996 recording of ‘The Man Who Sold the World’ will also feature on that release which is due out on April 18, Record Store Day.
