Marianne Faithfull has teamed up with Nick Cave on a new track called ‘The Gypsy Faerie Queen’. You can hear it above.
The track is the first to be revealed from Faithfull’s 21st studio album, Negative Capability. It’s the latest in a number of collaborations between her and Cave with the last having arrived in 2014 in the form of ‘Late Victorian Holocaust’ which featured on Faithfull’s album Give My Love To London.
The Bad Seeds’ Warren Ellis also features on Faithfull’s upcoming LP contributing production alongside PJ Harvey collaborator Rob Ellis. Negative Capability is out on November 2.
