Spectrum  ‎– Forever Alien
I love Spacemen 3 and I have seen Spectrum live. I actually got Sonic Boom [aka Spectrum's Peter Kember] to master the first release on my label, the Children Of Leir record, and he did a fantastic job. But Forever Alien is just a great listening album. Sitting at home listening to it is very relaxing, very interesting, very beautiful. It would be one of those albums I'd put on when I was in the mood also for Serge Gainsbourg albums. It's completely different but, in a way, I would probably hear those together. Open a bottle of beer, smoke a cigarette, that kind of thing.
