Jana Rush – Pariah
It is just so masterful how she deals with tension and release, which is what I really like about it. Jana is an expert at it. She's been around for like twenty years - she did a record when she was 17 called 'The Youngest Female DJ' but hadn't done anything for years. It's so good how it plays with expectations. It's really tense and it doesn't always have release to it. I think it's really hard to do that and keep people's attention, all while having it be fun and engaging. - BN
