Circuit des Yeux – Reaching For Indigo
Haley Fohr's voice is huge. I had heard her over the years. I missed the last couple of things she did but we shared a bill in Chicago and she did a solo vocal performance - no songs or words and it was one of the best shows I seen all year. It was really, really intense, and really physical. After that I got Reaching For Indigo and caught a couple of her live shows. They were totally on fire. She kind of reminds me of Catherine Ribeiro a little, who I really love. They have some cool polyrhythms going on and Haley's voice is just so fantastic. - BN
