JH: I feel like Product had a huge emotional impact on people, and people knew even less about her then, than they do now.

RW: I also think what's really cool about this album is, although it's electronic and synthetic, the emotion is so real.

JH: I also feel like the fans are so much more involved with it. People have this idea about pop music being really shallow and I think that's bullshit. It means a lot more than things being 'heartfelt', people think that 'meaning' is equated to just getting pianos out.
