Insecure Men - Insecure Men
The album stuck to our turntable at the moment (and for a while now). While being provocative (sometimes very naughty) and apparently not giving a shit about anything, it is also so beautifully and carefully made, we just keep going back. The drum machine starts on 'Subaru Nights' and I'm gone – A perfect antidote but strange reaffirmation of what I have been doing in the studio that day. So great to listen to a recent album made with blue, green and purple tones – but never soft, always tough.
