Get your shell like round this $hit & $hine remix of MIEN’s ‘Black Habit – the track will be released as a b-side on their upcoming single release ‘Earth Moon’, available from 5 March.
The band which features members of The Horrors, The Black Angels, The Earlies and Elephant Stone asked sometimes label mate Craig Clouse to give it his unique spin with the above results.
Speaking about the remix, the band said: "We figured it would be great to join forces with another act from the Rocket family to do a remix. And asking the legend that is Shit & Shine to do one was a no brainer! We all love his unique vision in all that he does, so the idea of giving him ‘Black Habit’ and hearing him ‘let-rip’ on it was a mouth watering prospect. Also, as he and Alex [Maas, Black Angels] are fellow psychedelic Austinites, it made perfect sense!"
