Anna von Hausswolff has announced details of her fourth album following on from 2015’s The Miraculous.
Entitled Dead Magic, it marks her second album release with City Slang, and above, you can check out the bracing lead track ‘The Mysterious Vanishing of Electra’.
"Me, my band and Randall Dunn spent nine days in Copenhagen recording this record," von Hausswolff says. "The great pipe organ you’re hearing is a 20th century instrument located in Marmor Kirken, ‘The Marble Church’, Copenhagen."
Dead Magic will be released on March 2 and von Hausswolff will play London’s The Dome in Tufnell Park on March 12.
