Corciolli - The Tranquillity Of The Sounds Of Nature
I only heard this for the first time two days ago! Corciolli is a Brazilian musician who’s done a very wide range of collaborations. This really speaks to me because I love working with the sounds of nature myself - waterfalls, for example. It’s a release from music on man-made instruments - to hear non-man made sounds, channeled in this way is a true breath air for me - it’s very healing to be freed up from the mechanical, predictive progression of music, or music which moves to recognisable harmonies or frequencies. Natural sounds aren’t like that - you don’t think of nature as being flat or sharp.
