A new graphic novel by Reinhard Kleist will feature Nick Cave as its subject. You can watch a trailer for the book above.
Billed as "a chilling and completely bizarre journey into Cave World", the novel will cover Cave’s life from childhood through to his work with the Birthday Party and onto the Bad Seeds.
The novel is said to feature a "cast of characters drawn from Cave’s music and writing", with Nick Cave describing it himself as a "terrifying conflation of Cave songs, biographical half-truths and complete fabulations".
Titled Nick Cave: Mercy On Me, it will be available from September 7 via First Second/SelfMadeHero, and can be pre-ordered here.
