With The Early Years heading out on a three-show run of dates starting tonight, with support from XAM Duo, the latter have remixed the former’s track ‘Fluxus’ turning it into a sprawling, electro-tinged odyssey.
The original track is taken from II, The Early Years’ first album in 10 years which was released via Sonic Cathedral. The Early Years have been fairly road-shy in the past so the upcoming run of shows offers a fairly rare change to catch them live. They will play in Leeds tonight, Manchester tomorrow and Newcastle on Saturday, and you can find all the details here.
The remix will receive a full vinyl release alongside a remix from Andrew Weatherall in the new year.
