Bill Callahan – Sometimes I Wish I Were An Eagle
I think this is the best album he did. I got this on a US tour and we listened to it on the tour bus a lot. The arrangements and production are great and beautiful. The album also tells such great stories. I love listening to records on long tours, so on that tour I actually got a portable record player so that we could listen to the record on the bus. I think it works really well with the American countryside.
