The Comet Is Coming will release their debut album this April following on from last year’s debut EP, and above you can check out a track from it in the form of ‘Space Carnival’.
The track sees the group refining their cosmic jazz stylings having first come together in 2013 and released their debut EP, Prophecy, last year. The album, entitled Channel The Spiritis, is described as evoking “the ghosts of bold experimentalists such as Sun Ra, Funkadelic and the BBC Radiophonic Workshop”. The album is out on April 1 via The Leaf Label and the group will launch the album on April 13 at London Fields Brewery.
