Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath
A particularly important album as it was one of the first introduced to me by my father when I was pretty young. He could see my fascination with Nirvana growing and said, "You should really give this a listen." From the first sound of rainfall on the title track I was transfixed and feverishly went through every (Ozzy) Sabbath record in chronological order. I count myself fortunate that they were all available for me, right there in my dad's collection; a set of records that, quite literally, started it all for me.
