Incubate: Carter Tutti Void, Container & More

Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra, God Is An Astronaut and King Buzzo among new additions

One massive OOOF for this: Incubate, the Quietus' favourite European festival, have just announced some new additions to this year's event, and they're a blindingly good haul. First up is Carter Tutti Void, the collaboration between Chris Carter and Cosey Fanni Tutti, of Throbbing Gristle, Chris & Cosey and Carter Tutti, and Nik Colk Void, sound artist and one third of Factory Floor, who produced one of our favourite albums of 2012 in Transverse, the inaugural winner of our Jovian Bow Shock Prize. The trio seem to have recently reanimated the project, launching a new Twitter and posting a promising "Watch this space…" message.

There's also King Buzzo, Melvins' frontman Buzz Osborne performing material from his recent album This Machine Kills Artists, a powerful post-rock double-header in Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra and God Is An Astronaut and stark, powerhouse techno from Rhode Island's Container. Alongside them are The Wytches, POW!, Action Beat + G.W. Sok, Lantlôs, Falloch, Le Seul Elément and De Koning Der Dieren, all of whom join a line-up already boasting Goat, 65daysofstatic, This Will Destroy You and Chad VanGaalen.

Incubate takes place from September 15-21 in Tilburg, The Netherlands. Tickets and full details are here - we'll see you there.
