WIN: Sennheiser MOMENTUM Comp

Win trips to London, New York and Tokyo, pairs of Sennheiser MOMENTUM headphones & Spotify Premium subscriptions

In association with their MOMENTUM range of headphones, Sennheiser are gathering together a range of sound artists and designers working on pioneering projects in their fields to tell their stories. Featured so far are record-breaking beat boxer EKLIPS, Imogen Heap, who’s developed Mi.Mu gloves, which turn gestures into sound, Dave Hakkens, creator of the Phoneblocks concept, Nik Nowak, the man behind the "Sonic Panzer" mobile sound tank (above) and Di Mainstone, who turned the Brooklyn Bridge into a gigantic harp (below) – take a look at the projects in more detail here.

What’s more, Sennheiser are asking people to add their own "sound stories" by contributing on the MOMENTUM website. To do so, all you need to do is make a seven-second video of yourself and either add it to one of the existing thematic chains on their website – up there so far are the "dancing in public", "never ending scream", "speed rapping", "drums are everywhere" and "hammer on things" chains – or start your own one. Post a sound story and you’ll be entered into a competition to win one of a rafter of ace prizes. The person who starts the longest chain or the one that the featured artists like the most will win one of three trips to London, New York or Tokyo, with Sennheiser flying you out and putting on a live gig in your hotel room, a meet and greet with a top artist or a visit to a recording studio. Other prizes include weekly draws for a pair of MOMENTUM headphones for the three people whose chains have the highest number of new participants, while the three whose videos have the highest scores will win a bundle of on-ear headphones and a six month subscription to Spotify Premium. Head to the website to enter, get some inspiration from the YouTube channel and watch the MOMENTUM video below:
