BBC Radio 6 Music Festival Announced

Wild Beasts, The Horrors, Kelis and more on line-up for Manchester two-dayer

BBC Radio 6 Music have announced their first music festival. It’s set to take place at Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse from February 28 – March 1, and will feature 30 performances making for what we can vouch is a mightily impressive line-up. On the bill are Wild Beasts, The Horrors, Kelis, Jagwar Ma, The National, Drenge, Haim, Metronomy, Franz Ferdinand, Lykke Li, Midlake, Damon Albarn, Outfit, Bombay Bicycle Club, The Staves, Kiran Leonard, Jake Bugg, Luke Sital Singh, Nick Mulvey, Jimi Goodwin and Blubberin’ Jim Blake.

The festival will be broadcast on 6 Music, with tickets going on sale this Friday, January 24 – head to the station’s website for full details.
