WIN: The Uncluded Vinyl Picture Disc
Laurie Tuffrey , May 8th, 2013 07:00

We've got a natty copy of the new album by Aesop Rock and Kimya Dawson on vinyl to give away

On Monday, Rhymesayers Entertainment released Hokey Fright, the collaborative album by The Uncluded, the duo of San Francisco rapper Aesop Rock and anti-folk bigwig Kimya Dawson - watch the video for LP cut 'Earthquake' below:

The duo decided to cut an LP together after appearing on each other's recent solo releases, and self-produced the album, playing everything that appears on it barring a guest turn from Yo La Tengo's James McNew.

They say: "The band name, which means to keep the things you don't appreciate out of your life, is based on an excerpt from Michael Bernard Loggins' book Imaginationally. This record helps to tell the story of two people who are finding therapy through making art together."

You can order the album here - however, we've got a rather nice picture disc copy of the album on two slabs of vinyl, designed by comic book artist Travis Millard to give away to one lucky reader. To be in with a chance of winning e-mail your answer to the following question to comps@thequietus.com, with UNCLUDED in the subject line, by midday Wednesday 22 May.
