Beyonce, Iggy Azalea and Timbaland all on bill for female empowerment campaign gig at Twickenham Stadium

Beyonce has been announced as the headline act for The Sound Of Change Live one day event at Twickenham Stadium on June 1.

She tops a line-up which also features Iggy Azalea, Timbaland, Haim, John Legend, Florence And The Machine, Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding and Laura Pausini, with more yet to be announced, hosted by Chime For Change, a campaign aiming to raise funds and awareness for girls' and women's empowerment.

Beyonce is a member of the campaign's founding committee, which uses the crowd-funding site Catapult, a platform for non-profit organisations to seek funding for their projects. All tickets for the event will come with a voucher for the attendee to use to support one of the Chime For Change projects.
