R&S Records’ in-house purveyor of cosmic funk, Space Dimension Controller, is set to release his debut album Welcome To Mikrosector-50 on March 4th. It’s the follow-up to a series of mini-albums and extended EPs that included 2010’s excellent Temporary Thrillz and 2011’s Pathway To Tiraquon 6, and extends the loose sci-fi concept running through his earlier work into a full-blown story-driven album.
Space Dimension Controller, aka Belfast’s Jack Hamill, takes on a vocal storytelling role throughout the record to play his character Mr. 8040 – "the pissed admiral," as he described him during our in depth interview last year – which you can hear on album track ‘You Can’t Have My Love’ via the embed below.
