My Bloody Valentine have just announced that they'll be playing a short tour in the UK next March - UPDATE: a second date at the Hammersmith Apollo has now been added - here are the shows:

Wed 13 - Hammersmith Apollo, London - EXTRA DATE ADDED

The gigs may be in support of a new album, following Kevin Shields's recent statements, and will follow tours of Australia and Japan.

Tickets for all dates go on sale tomorrow at 9am, but you can order them now via ATP's pre-sale here. Time to dig out the earplugs!
