Flood & Moulder behind the desk!

Greco-Oxfordian quintet Foals have announced details of their forthcoming third album... and it certainly has us intrigued. For the group have managed to entice legendary production duo Flood and Alan Moulder - responsible for epic works by the likes of Nine Inch Nails to work on the record. Holy Fire, the follow-up to Total Life Forever will be released on February 11th 2013, and will be preceded by new track 'Inhaler' in November. We're told that this is "an electrifying, shamanistic tune set to purge the soul and raise the dead. Heavier than anything Foals have written before."

I haven never got over the fact that one of these dudes is an Elliott Smith look-a-alike! Look forward to the album...glad they're still around.

The prospect of a new foals sound - funkier, dirtier and heavier than before, sounds too good to be true. I have faith in Yannis. Live long FOALS.
