As we previously reported, Australian post-punk group Crime and The City Solution have reformed and will be releasing retrospective compilation An Introduction To… Crime & the City Solution / A History Of Crime - Berlin 1987 – 1991 on September 24 via Mute. The compilation features 16 remastered tracks drawn from their classic Berlin-era albums, Shine (1988), The Bride Ship (1989) and Paradise Discotheque (1990). It's set to be followed by an LP of entirely new material, American Twilight, early next year.

The band are setting out on a worldwide tour, which hits these shores (with support from Savages) on October 26, with a show at London's Queen Elizabeth Hall - get tickets here.
