The day after Field Day, the hardcore festival goer, or perhaps those in search of more genteel fare, can head down to London’s Victoria Park for the Apple Cart Festival, an event organised by the same folks who do Underage and Field Day. The ever brilliant Saint Etienne are headlining, there’s also comedy cabaret and the good people of Fence bringing along entertainment including: Gonzales, Patrick Wolf, Kevin Rowland, James Yorkston, Steve Mason, Andrew Weatherall, Gilles Peterson, Badly Drawn Boy, Angular’s Tim Minchin, and our friends from Caught By The River’s nature disco. You can buy tickets for Apple Cart here.
