British Sea Power Mark A Decade With Tiny Gigs

British Sea Power, currently on tour in the United States, are to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the release of their debut single ‘Fear Of Drowning’ with two intimate gigs in a village hall in Sussex. British Sea Power will play the Berwick Village Hall in East Sussex on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th of May 2011. Says the latest BSP newsboost, "The shows will take place in the

village of Berwick, by the South Downs and close to the farmhouse in which the band recorded most of the Valhalla Dancehall album. NOTE: No stilettos at the venue, please. They have a new soft wooden floor." Tickets are on sale from 2pm today. After finishing their US tour, the band head to Russia and Eastern Europe before a series of summer festival dates.
