At the start of this month we reported that Brian Eno had signed to Warp Records. Gracious! Said some of the internet. Who cares? Said others, still unable to forgive Eno for working with Coldplay. Nevertheless, the Quietus is very intrigued to hear Small Craft On A Milk Sea, which comes out on various extremely limited and nicely put together formats on November 15th. Details of the record are sketchy, but it has been revealed that it’s a collaboration between Eno and Leo Abrahams (who has worked with David Byrne and Brett Anderson) and Jon Hopkins. Small Craft On A Milk Sea will come in various vinyl and box set editions, information on which (including pre-order details) can be found at Eno’s website. The album cover art can be seen above.
