Forget Morrissey and Marr - it's the music reunion everyone has been waiting for. Former Take That bandmates Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow have collaborated on a new track together.

'Shame' was co-written by Barlow and will be released on October 4. The duet between the two singers is their first collaboration since Robbie left Take That in 1995.

The track will appear on the new Robbie compilation In And Out Of Consciousness - The Greatest Hits 1990-2010 which is scheduled for release on October 11.

Robbie said: "It’s incredible to listen to the album and realise that it’s already been 20 years of making music and playing gigs. And the great thing about the album is that it’s not only a celebration of my past but also a bridge to the future.

"The fact that part of the future includes a name from my past makes it all the more poignant for me."
